RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at New Garden Design. If you wish to return your order, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.

1. Return Period

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

A return is accepted if:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition

• The item is returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Custom-made products

• Items showing clear signs of use

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive:

• A full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs)

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

For defective items, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the issue.
